Essential Functions:

Responsibilities –

• Provides individual service by approaching each guest.
• Provides constant rounds for gaming guests.
• Recognizes and is able to monitor guest’s alcohol intake and communicates this information to the supervisor.
• Cleans glassware and ashtrays as required.
• Helps to maintain cleanliness on table games and slot machine areas.
• Knows all garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks.
• Checks supplies during shift (half & half, straws, napkins, cups, matches, etc.)
• Assists fellow team members in their duties as well as always maintaining high sanitation standards.
• Maintains continual knowledge of casino promotions and communicates to guests as necessary.
• Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
• Complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures.
• Performs other duties specified or assigned.

Requirements:

• Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, D. badge, and proper shoes.
• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
• Possesses ability to work under pressure.
• Prior experience is preferred as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment.
• Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Must attend and pass Care (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively).
• Understands and adheres to the Cut Off Procedure and ensures all documentation is completed and turned into Guest Safety, Beverage Manager, and the Director.
• Must be able to understand Material Safety Data Sheets as required for the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
