Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Trigo Wood Fired Pizza is a new, independently owned and operated harvest-to-hearth restaurant in the heart of downtown Willimantic with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients, craft cocktails, local beer and a curated wine list.
We are looking for friendly, energetic, experienced and team-oriented front of house candidates to help us start this new adventure. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and collaboration a must. Knowledge and passion for food and beverage is a plus.
Recommended Experience:
Server: Minimum 2 years serving experience. Experience with a full bar, seasonal ingredients and rotating menus preferred.
Host/Expo: Restaurant experience preferred.
Must be able to work nights weekends, no major holidays. Currently open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday, weekend lunches a possibility down the road.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.25 - $16.00 per hour
