Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duty will be to protect against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. This is a critical role that requires strong law enforcement and conflict management skills.

Duties:
- Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Apprehend or remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals
- Write detailed incident reports
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Escort individuals as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous law enforcement or military experience is preferred
- Proven conflict management skills
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
- Experience operating CCTV systems
- Possession of relevant certificates such as CPR certification

Skills:
In addition to the required experience, the following skills are necessary for this role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
