Kevista Coffee in Eagle, Idaho, is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Shop Manager! If you’re a dynamic, people-loving individual with a passion for great coffee and excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Food service experience is helpful but not essential.
• Outgoing personality with a strong customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage 6-12 employees effectively.
• Passionate about growing sales and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong understanding of labor and food costs or a willingness to learn.
• A teachable spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full time position up to 40 hours per week, including most Fridays and Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays).
• Handle ordering from multiple vendors.
• Schedule of employees to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and store cleanliness.
• Growing sales through serving exceptional coffee, engaged in local store marketing and growing our food program.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
