The Store Supervisor is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as a team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience.
· Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
· Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
· Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance.
· Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
· Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manager.
· Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
· Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
· Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
· Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested.
