Life as a Technician:
· Troubleshoot and repair vending machines, micro-market equipment such as coolers and kiosks, and office coffee and water units
· Perform diagnostics test(s) to determine the cause of impaired functioning
· Repair and replace parts including bill acceptors, card readers, sensors, belts, compressors, boards, (etc), and confirm restored functionality
· Set up and install vending machines, water coolers, water filtration systems, micro-markets, and office coffee equipment
· Connect, disconnect, and maintenance of plumbing and wiring systems associated with machines in compliance with regulations
· Log all troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and recommendations
· Provide respectful, customer-focused service and interaction at client sites
· Operate company vehicles safely, abide by all traffic laws, and keep vehicles neat and clean
· Assist at the technician shop as and where needed
· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, climb, sit and stand repetitively through the workday
· Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
