Collections Analyst jobs in Fayetteville, NC

• -Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• -Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• -Receive customer payments in a courteous manner
• -Will be required to make collection calls-This is a large portion of this position-If you don't have collections experience, please do not apply.
• -Experience in calling past due accounts is a must
• -Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• -Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• -Any other assigned duties
• -Must be available to rotate Saturdays and work evenings if we have late customers
• -Being bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
