- Monitor and contact customers with delinquent and overdraw accounts to achieve solution to bring the account current
- Conduct research and implement solutions on accounts
Basic Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two-years banking experience preferred
- Proficient in filing, data entry and research
- High school level accounting and basic understanding of bank accounting transactions
- Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Bilingual preferred
Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
