    Job Summary  

    H2PCI/PCISS CEO

    This senior executive position reports to the President of  the PCI Federal Services LLC (PCIFS) organization and is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership along with business development for PCI Support Services (PCISS)  and H2PCI companies in alignment with approved annual budgets and strategic plans.  The CEO will develop and is responsible for high quality business strategies and plans inclusive of long term goals, growth, profit and return on investment.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Plan, develop, and direct the organization’s business development strategy, operational execution, and fiscal function.  Utilize senior management team in the overall annual budget development and set performance expectations.
    • Present and obtain annual P&L budget approvals from the PCIFS President and PCIFS CFO specifically.
    • Develop 5-year rolling strategic planning document to include P&L goals, growth strategies, infrastructure growth, and plan of action associated.  Update and present plan to PCIFS President and PCIFS Executive Team annually.
    • Optimize capital allocation of the business by developing and monitoring strategies for ensuring the long-range financial viability of the company.
    • Develop and foster formal business development, capture and proposal organization internal to the company – utilize outside consulting avenues for surge requirements when needed. 
    • Work with senior company management team members regarding job cost analysis, financial budgets, monthly balance sheets and Deltek financial statements, Human Resources and Contracts operational needs.  Grow and mentor staff and  G&A pool in parallel with strategic plan execution.
    • Actively engage  with all marketing and growth development programs – chair bi-weekly business development and capture reviews with internal team members.   
    • Review all contracts, engage the President PCIFS and sign/execute on behalf of the company following concurrence by internal team reviews (includes Contracts, Program Manager assigned, and PCIFS CFO).
    • Travel and participate in GOVCON Industry Conferences as well as strategic meetings with federal agency or Department of Defense (DoD) perspective customers and industry partners for teaming.
    • Engage federal agency and DoD customers to ensure level of performance by PCIA employees and team members.  Visit customer sites to provide executive level support to both customers and employees on-site.
    • Represent the company as the Senior Management Official (SMO) regarding Facility Clearances for the organizations.
    • This is a Hybrid position and requires the ability to be on site in the Atmore offices at least 3 days per week.
    Job Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related field is required.  Master’s Degree preferred.
    • Ten (10) years of verifiable senior management experience with a company with greater than $50 million in annual revenue is required.
    • Ten (10) years verifiable related employment experience company specific contract management is required.
    • Ability to train, develop and manage executive teams.
    • Demonstrated leadership and complex organizational management skills are required.          
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees, the public, vendors and customers, and all levels of management while maintaining professionalism and respect.
    • Must have proficiency and understanding of federal agency and Department of Defense customer sets. 
    • Able to interpret and execute GOVCON contractual requirements.
    • Must possess working knowledge of Deltek accounting processes, including financial statements, budgets, bidding process, accounts receivables/payables, inventory, debits, and assets as required.            
    • Must have hands on working capability with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in monitoring and using MRP systems.
    • Must be able to analyze data, develop and effectively write business reports and provide top notch presentations on company progress.
    • Ability to lead and direct the work of others, while managing performance to optimum levels.
    • Well organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
    • Must be able to possess a current Secret or Top-Secret Clearance (DoD) and valid state driver’s license.
    • May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements.
    • This is a Hybrid position and requires the ability to be on site in the Atmore offices at least 3 days per week.

     

     

    Physical Requirements

    The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

    To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
