Description:
The counseling secretary/registrar position is the primary registrar for all incoming students and is also directly involved with support of the school's counselors. Responsibilities include working with the administration to determine the school's master schedule, managing the electronic reporting system, enhancing school communications, maintaining school records, scheduling students, communicating with staff and parents, developing data profiles, and creating enrollment reports.

Qualifications:
Confidence and comfort in working with a variety of people is required. A strong basis of technology skills is necessary including keyboarding, data management, competence in computer systems, and record-keeping. Additionally, the successful candidate must have the skills to develop and maintain positive interactions with students, staff and families. An ability to multi-task in a stressful environment is essential.

Working Conditions:
This position is currently a .8025 FTE position requiring six hours per day for nine months and eight hours a day for two months of the year (June and August). The role involves working directly with the school's counselors as well as the students, staff and parents of the Sacajawea community.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.20 - $20.79 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
