Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a College College Registrar contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology is looking for a highly ethical, energetic and driven Associate Academic Registrar for our Altamonte Springs Campus.

    This individual reports to the Regional Campus President and Corporate Registrar. The Associate Registrar serves as the gatekeeper for student academic files to ensure campuses are compliant with Multi-State, Federal, and any other regulatory and privacy requirements and is responsible for managing student records. We are pursuing an individual with desire for growth into leadership roles. Duties include student file management, attendance and grade recording, ensuring compliance within department, completing transcript requests, completing graduation process/documents, maintaining status changes, managing clinical attendance records, monitoring and recording SAP, completing education verifications, and managing FERPA documents and compliance. Duties include but are not limited to: student data entry, managing student files, scheduling classes, distributing report cards.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage student files - maintain compliance;
    • Record attendance and grades into the Campus Nexus System and maintain attendance records;
    • Issues transcripts to students;
    • Maintains accuracy of student records/data in accordance with all regulatory requirements;
    • Manages student statuses and process status changes timely;
    • Audits records to insure that all requirements have been meet for student to be eligible for graduation;
    • Conduct transcript audits for transferability of credits into the College;
    • Enroll students into system;
    • Manage student Satisfactory Academic Progress;
    • Create and disburse student schedules;
    • Register student classes;
    • Send students report cards each term;
    • Serves as the gatekeeper for student academic files to ensure campus is compliant with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and any other regularity and privacy requirements:
    • Uphold all policies and procedures;
    • Support Admissions Team and School President

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate’s degree required
    • 3 years’ experience in Post-secondary Education
    • Computer literate
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • At least 1 year of Registrar Experience preferred
