The Registration Specialist is expected to exhibit a positive and approachable attitude, cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for both students and the team, as well possessing the technical expertise required to fulfill the detailed responsibilities of the role effectively. This position requires a professional, organized, dependable, flexible, and friendly team member providing thorough, accurate, and timely support through, managing student records, data entry pertaining to dual credit admissions applications, assisting with program logistics, communicating with students, parents, and faculty, and providing general office support.
A defining characteristic of this role is the commitment to delivering detailed, outstanding, and prompt support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To excel in this position, the specialist must exhibit a positive outgoing attitude, strong communication, interpersonal, technology, and computer software skills are essential.
