Collision Appraiser jobs in Wausa, NE

Fast paced individual who can deal with property owners in collecting field data and accurately transfer those figures into a computer program to calculate assessed valuations for residential properties. Time will be split between office work and field work. Field work will consist of working with property owners to measure properties and gather listing information. Must be a self starter, detail oriented individual, and work well with others. Background in appraisal work is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

Individual will accurately measure the exterior of buildings, inspect the interior of the buildings recording construction details. After collection, individual is responsible for information getting accurately entered into the CAMA system. Individual will work with other residential appraisers to conduct area reviews by driving and walking residential neighborhoods. Individual will also need to answer the phone and communicate with properties owners in person, through email, and phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
