Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, coachable, competitive, and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base. The ideal candidate will excel in a communication-heavy environment, managing accounts through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. The pay shown in the ad is the salary range; there is also a quarterly commission that is uncapped!
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide clients with updates on their projects and manage their expectations effectively.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to reach potential clients and convert leads into accounts.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and other relevant functions to promote CRDN’s services.
- Communication:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails daily, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs to help shape our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the restoration or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with the local market in Central and Northern New Mexico.
