Pay based on experience

Oversee installation of roofing projects to include supervision of crew, budget targets and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Review jobs, scope of work & schedule with Project Manager and Project Foreman
• Monitor daily job progress for compliance with scope of work and schedule
• Manage material staging and assist in procurement of additional materials as needed
• Manage equipment staging, usage & safety checks; report mechanical issues as needed
• Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers & inter-office personnel
• Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety & compliance

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in supervision/installation of various roof systems; membrane, metal, etc
• Ability to use smartphone or tablet to access email & cloud storage software
• Ability to understand & manage production schedules
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs and work at various heights
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
