Job Summary:
We are looking for an Escrow Officer Assistant to expand our team. The ideal candidate must have Title and/or Real Estate knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and confident in talking to all parties involved in the transactions.
Job Responsibilities
· Primary responsibility is to assist with tasks relating to the closing of a real estate transactions
· Act as liaison between all parties to the transaction including homebuyer, seller, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the Title & Settlement Process
· Perform customer service duties including answering phones and email requests
· Contact customers and perform initial scheduling confirmation and obtain closing specific information
· Maintain reports and tracking of completed tasks as required
· Review initial closing information and prepare Pre-Settlement Statements
· Review Title Commitments and identify issues
· Coordinate and maintain contacts
· Work with Escrow Support Officer to maintain accurate information in database systems
· Ensure adherence to workflow processes
· Perform other duties as assigned
