• Networking: Actively engage in networking events and industry associations to expand your client base and stay connected with key tenants and tenant reps in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a leasing Representative in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong understanding of the local commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding ownership expectations.
