Here is what we are looking for:

Loan officer:

Summary: Responsibilities will include developing new business, structuring and closing loans as well as maintaining and servicing existing client portfolios. Loan Officer will represent the company in the local community, thru active marketing of the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

-              NMLS CA- License REQUIRED

-              Minimum of 2 years of proven success as a Loan Officer

-              Must conduct business with professionalism and integrity

-              Must be a driven and motivated self-starter

-              Strong marketing and networking skills

-              Great customer service and communication skills

-              Strong analytical and math skills

-              Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and familiarity with Loan Origination Systems
