In addition, Commercial Loan Processor may require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
To be successful in this role, applicant must be fully effective with regards to meeting or exceeding assigned production, quality and service level goals that will support the Credit Union’s mission and strategic goals.
Maintains a successful member relationship by reviewing, processing, closing and funding loans to the member’s satisfaction, while ensuring the supporting documentation are accurately prepared in accordance with the Credit Union’s policies.

Review, process and close all indirect and branch consumer loans utilizing remote closing capabilities (Docusign).
Strong attention to detail, providing accurate and timely information, responses and decisions.
Able to clearly communicate with members in oral and written form.
Ensure applicable regulation and compliance is met in the consideration, opening and closing of all products.
Ability to process, analyze, research and resolve all real estate duties to include, but not limited to:
Appraisals, title, flood and hazard insurance.
Prepare closing package. Research and resolve all items in the closing package to ensure closing process is on-time and documentation is complete and accurate.
Fosters a spirit of cooperation to ensure the success of the team. Displays flexibility regarding scheduling. Ability to work flexible hours as needed, which may include occasional Saturdays.
Meet or exceed established loan, service and quality goals.
Recommend changes to dealer cross sell program as needed to mitigate risks and facilitate a positive member experience.
Adhere to all mortgage & consumer lending regulation and credit union loan and member privacy policies.
Meet all credit union training requirements.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
Associate’s degree or equivalent training/work experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the processing of consumer and real estate loans. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least two years financial service experience processing consumer and real estate loans preferred.

Starting hourly rate - $20.67 depending on experience
