Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant
We are searching for an experienced Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant.

Essential Function
Provides administrative support for the Commercial Loan Department; assist in processes such as documentation, sales, due diligence, closing and monitoring of commercial loans.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Support the Commercial Lending team as a main backup contact person for internal and external clients
Diagnose and resolve issues/needs for TCU Commercial clients
Assist Commercial Lenders in gathering due diligence: Financials, Insurance, Technical Exceptions, etc.
Assist in researching projects and preparing reports
Manage the daily NSF report with loan officers and clients
Coordinate marketing and events
Prepare correspondence, i.e. Discussion Letters, Memos, etc.
Possess excellent communications with commercial clients and commercial team
Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the growth and support of the Commercial Lending Department.
Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.

Ability to respond effectively to the sensitive inquiries and complaints of clients/members

Ability to perform multiple tasks, organize projects and other work to meet department deadlines.

Accountable for understanding and applying TCU policies and procedures relating to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML, CIP and OFAC).
Attention to detail and accuracy of documentation in all reports
Product knowledge and clear communication of information to members and coworkers.
Attainment of goals, projects and other assignments as outlined in the performance management system.
Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor.
Accountable for understanding and applying government laws and regulations and TCU policies and procedures relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US PATRIOT ACT and OFAC.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma (GED) or equivalent skills or abilities
Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience or commercial lending related positions
Understanding of financial services
Non-Exempt, Hourly
