Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective processes
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Sales cold calls required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
-MUST have management and sales experience
