Want to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst?

The Sale Operations team enables powerful reporting and capabilities and drives clear insights that result in achieving business objectives. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will use and develop your analytical skill set to empower data-driven decisions with our cross-functional partners. You will help collect, process, and disseminate information to aid in sharing business knowledge and decision-making. The Sales Operation Analyst will be faced with opportunities to dive into touch problems and build new processes and deliverables from scratch as well as work with existing systems in the AWS ecosystem.

Essential Job Functions:

• Interpret data, analyze results, and deliver end-to-end deep data analysis/trends that lead to actionable strategic insights
• Learn and participate in the monthly collection and processing of external data
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and solve for root cause issues, including filtering and cleaning data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
• Ability to conduct data analysis to build insights through a combination of SQL, Excel, and Quicksight (or other data visualization tools)
• Generate analyses to answer daily business questions with both strong written and visual components
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed in both informal and formal (i.e. presentations, dashboard creational & enhancements)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field with 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven working knowledge of SQL, power BI, DAX, data modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple terms to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment consisting of cross-functional roles
• Demonstrated project management skills including ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and cares about data integrity while achieving business needs possess
• Creative and actively curious, with a strong motivation to innovate and improve on current state and learn new platforms
