A progressive, growing commercial property management firm in Omaha, Nebraska is searching for an experienced property manager. The ideal applicant will be a customer-service oriented individual who is capable of managing a diverse set of responsibilities with a high degree of project ownership. Applicant should have detailed knowledge and exposure to all facets of commercial property management to include facility maintenance and renovations, vendor management, and client relations. Capable of working independently on complex administrative and property management projects. Minimum of 3 years of commercial management experience with a special emphasis in office buildings preferred. Strong financial background, attention to detail, and drive to get the job done are important. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Four year college degree, professional designation and Nebraska real estate salesperson license preferred.
