Job DescriptionOur team of fun, energetic, results-driven professionals is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our family.MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
- Commercial Property Management - Assist in all aspects with the Property Management of commercial shopping centers/office buildings/condo associations and other related properties
DUTIES:- Weekly site visits to locations throughout Florida
- Helps with maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; completing repairs; interacting with and managing vendors
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and renewals; executes options
- Works hand-in-hand with Property Accounting and Leasing to achieve maximum results
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting interdepartmentally and to clients and/or ownerships
- Maintains tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/options
- Assists with managing tenant build-outs and various-sized construction projects
- Accomplishes financial objectives by assisting with collecting rents; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
- Accomplishes organization's goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
