We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations, and facilitating the transfer of funds and property titles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including opening escrow, preparing closing documents, and disbursing funds
• Ensure all parties meet contractual obligations and deadlines
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Review title reports and clear any liens or encumbrances on the property
• Prepare and issue title insurance policies
• Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Escrow Officer license or certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of specialized software for escrow management
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
