Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Woodmont is seeking a professional Service Technician to assist in the maintenance operations at our beautiful 206 unit Apartment Community located in Santa Cruz. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with an on-call rotation. This position requires good organization skills, proven apartment turnover, painting, and custodial/housekeeping skills. This individual will interact with team members, vendors, and residents.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Performs job related tasks in an timely and effective manner per company policy & procedures.
    Performs daily routines as directed by the Property Manager.
    Repairs and restores to proper condition, interiors, including but not limited to, appliances, furnaces, heaters, boilers, doors, hardware, cabinets, floors, plumbing, electrical, lighting and painting.
    Repairs and restores to proper condition exteriors, including but not limited to, doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, fences, pools and exterior lighting.
    Available to respond to after hours and weekend emergencies on an on-call rotating basis.
    Required to pass physical, drug and background checks.
    Valid driver's license with legally required auto insurance as well as reliable transportation.
    Have own set of tools.

    Salary Range:

    Up to $25.00 per hour

    The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
