Hempel is looking for a passionate, experienced Property Manager to oversee the property management team in the Milwaukee division. Hempel – Milwaukee lead the efforts on The Avenue redevelopment in Downtown Milwaukee. This project is nearly complete and converted the former mall’s west arcade into two floors of offices, with a 40,000sf 3rdSt. Market Hall that opened in January 2022. This project is among the major redevelopments in Westown and is in the center of activity and momentum on West Wisconsin Avenue. Hempel continues to grow in Milwaukee and has both residential and commercial assets.

Requirements/Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s Degree required
§ 5 years of experience in commercial property management
§ Previous demonstrated success managing or supervising employees
§ Experience preparing and managing property budgets, forecasts, CAM reconciliations
§ Ability to provide a high level of service and relationship management with tenants
§ Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, to shift directions multiple times throughout the day, creative problem solving, and a high sense of urgency are critical to success
