The Commercial Real Estate Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are seeking a Graphic Designer/ Marketing Associate to join our team! The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented. Along with strong communication skills, the applicant should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office products. The position requires a strong aptitude for quick learning and the ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude. Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials for commercial real estate properties, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ads.
- Use Adobe InDesign and Canva to create visually compelling layouts and graphics.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain image library files
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Constant Contact and Social Media channels
- Creativity, team-spirited and attention to detail a must!
- Experience in the real estate industry a plus
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Associate's or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related major; 2-3 years experience in graphic design or marketing
