Regional Assistant Manager

Part-Time Position

Currently a part time position, as we grow, potential to develop into a full-time.

The Regional Assistant Manager is a corporate position that will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our multifamily properties. Working with the Operations Team, this position requires a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can assist with various administrative tasks, property takeovers, and special projects at multiple properties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Supervisor team with property takeovers, due diligence, pre-takeover preparations, implementation, conducting property inspections, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Perform Assistant Community Manager administrative duties at various locations as needed, such as lease administration, resident relations, and vendor management.
• Support the Regional Supervisor team in implementing company policies and procedures at the property level.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as property renovations, new system implementations, and community events.
• Provide support to property management teams with various tasks, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in property management required.
• Experience with Onesite required.
• AppFolio experience is a plus!
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to seamlessly transition and adapt between various projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Travel to various properties.
• Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate property takeovers and special projects.
