- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies
- Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and working with point-of-sale (POS) systems
