Commercial Tire Technician performs tire and tire related services at commercial service centers according to company requirements. Mounts, demounts and balances commercial and other tires and wheels as directed by a service manager or a more senior technician. Being a Commercial Tire Technician follows established procedures to inspect tires, wheels and vehicles before and after service, noting additional needs and notifying the service manager or supervising technician. May be responsible for replenishing inventory and maintaining shop supply levels. Additionally, Commercial Tire Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Commercial Tire Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Salespeople are a core pillar within the Pomp’s structure and are responsible of establishing a robust client base to deliver our tires to. This is an opportunity for you to be actively involved in the development of an effective, inventive sales strategy!

Job Responsibilities:
- Create relations with existing customers to increase sales
- Find and connect with new customers
- Sell tires over the phone, through email and even social media
- Obtain deep knowledge of products and services to assist customers with product selection
- Work with variety of sales lead and customer types
- Some overnight travel may be required
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Valid driver's license and meet company driving record guidelines
- Sales experience in the tire industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast paced, continually changing environment
