Description

In this role, the Marketing Communications Specialist will serve as a conduit between global marketing and regional sales to implement marketing programs, distribute enews communications, provide translation support, assist with meetings / events, and more.

This role requires a flexible individual with 2 years of marketing experience who can balance a variety of projects and prioritize tasks based on global and regional needs.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, have an aptitude for learning new applications such as Seismic and Pardot, enjoy a variety of tasks, and be a team player.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and support local / regional marketing campaigns and programs, including product launches, retention initiatives, and the occasional sales or customer-specific request.
• Send eNews communications from Axalta Refinish to local / regional employees, partners, and customers using Pardot, Axalta’s enews system.
• Proof assets in native and / or learned languages to ensure translations are correct.
• Support local / regional events by providing logistical assistance for materials and planning / coordination services, and more.

May also require participation / support at events.

• Update local / regional websites, social media channels, and resources within Seismic, Axalta’s Sales Enablement system.
• Identify local / regional advertising or media opportunities and help secure media kits or other information to enable space buying.
• Manage and track spending in close collaboration with the Marketing Communications Coordinator.
• Collaborate with and support a broader group of Marketing Communications Specialists located around the world.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or similar relevant business degree.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing communications experience.

PREFERRED

• Highly organized, detailed-oriented professional able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly collaborative team player.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Seismic and Pardot experience a plus.
