***Job Summary***

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing our internal and external communications, updated the club's website, social media accounts, and ensuring our message is effectively communicated to our members.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and communications, with experience in social media management. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in journalism and proofreading, with a keen eye for style and market trends.

***Responsibilities***

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, including social media management.
• Conduct research to identify key messages and trends, and develop content that resonates with our membership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key staff and membership.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure communication strategies align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Edit and proofread all communication materials to ensure they are error-free and consistent in style.

***Qualifications***

• Entry-Level experience in online/print communication and marketing.
• Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong research skills, with the ability to identify key messages and trends.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for style and market trends.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with staff.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt communication strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
