    Job Summary

    Reporting to the President of the Sorenson Enterprise, the Director, Enterprise Marketing is responsible for collaborating with the Enterprise business segments, Product, and Marketing to uncover insights developing marketing strategies for existing and new customers. This position will oversee and grow marketing impact by identifying revenue opportunities among established customers, agencies, partners, alliances, and government entities through campaign and messaging strategies. This position will identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures. The successful candidate will understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the Enterprise team. This leader will be a key partner for the development of GTM strategies that complement account strategies for the direct sales force. This leader will accelerate the division's hyper-growth trajectory to deliver a multi-billion-dollar global revenue stream. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader in the Marketing industry with expertise in communications for targeted growth and awareness of best-in-class technology solutions into Fortune 1000, Midmarket, SMB, and key institutional customers. Experience with innovative campaigns, communications strategies, and lead generation programs, analysis, and reporting are critical for this position. The successful candidate must be an outstanding leader of people; capable of managing multiple complex digital initiatives and remote teams with a "hands on" player-coach style that affords a high degree of personal interaction with the process. This leader must also have an entrepreneurial approach and urgency to match their commercial aptitude.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build a globally relevant Enterprise Sales GTM strategy for integrated Enterprise Marketing plan
    • To be responsible for planning and implementing Sorenson Enterprise Marketing plan
    • Lead development of marketing strategy by partnering with Marketing while working closely with customers, partners, peers, and cross functional teammates to create effective plans focused on increasing demand for our products and services
    • Collaborate with Marketing to assure execution of marketing campaigns
    • Manage and collaborate on the conception and development of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, marketing campaigns, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
    • Create an integrated customer, channel partner, government agency ecosystem strategy
    • Conduct meetings regularly with account teams, Product and Marketing to review customer buying points, define messaging strategies, and recommend training for team enablement
    • Defining strategy for customer journeys and experience programs
    • Align event, convention, and conference messaging strategies for maximum presence, lead generation, and brand awareness in partnership with the Marketing Events team
    • Other duties as assigned

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Education

    Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

    Experience

    Minimum Years of Experience:

    • 15 years senior leadership responsibilities within B2B Marketing, Communications, Sales
    • 5 years driving digital demand lead generation through digital marketing and customer experience, being an integrated campaign manager/executive, and driving brand strategy and marketing
    • Tech industry experience preferred

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Success as a Marketing leader building communications and campaign strategies that drive increased demand and growth.
    • A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models with matrix teammates in Marketing and Product.
    • Experience in communications, digital and print marketing, content creation, search engine optimization, and/or social media marketing.
    • Executive communications and presentation development expertise
    • Experience managing C-Suite communications and engagement
    • Proven inclusive leadership skills that deliver positive employee engagement and results
    • Collaborative approach with the ability to manage both up and down internally
    • Proven track record and experience working with/managing CRM tools, lead generation and sales cycle management processes.
    • An innovation mindset. Be willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks. Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse teams, particularly in countries throughout Europe and Asia.
    • Open and Trustworthy - you think the best of those around you, ask questions to confirm this and avoid jumping to conclusions. You treat others with respect.

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

    • Ability to travel
    • Able to sit/stand for a long period of time in an office environment
    • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components
    • Regular and predictable attendance required
    • Some light to moderate lifting may be required
