Key Responsibilities:

· Create, curate, and maintain engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

· Write, edit, and distribute high-quality content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and reports.

· Collaborate with print and broadcast media professionals to ensure accurate and effective coverage of our work.

· Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and expanding our reach.

· Develop creative campaigns to raise awareness and support for our programs.

· Monitor and analyze communication metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the non-profit sector.

· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

· Creative thinker with a passion for making a difference.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
