Duties & Responsibilities

Hospitality & Operations

• Embody the SterlingCMG and Property brand to engage with tenants, guests, clients, and the community.
• Act as building contact for tenant needs and requests. Ensure an overall positive tenant and visitor experience; fielding concerns, complaints, and comments and advocating to ownership.
• Supervise front desk, approving event pricing and email communications.
• Manage tenant relations from move-in and onboarding through to their check out meeting.
• Implement and enforce tenant/building policies & procedures
• Manage communications to and from tenants in the building.
• Manage event rentals/reservations for the Property
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure the building is always in great working order
• Vendor management for preventative maintenance and beyond, including invoice approval

Experience & Requirements

• College Degree preferred
• Experience and passion for hospitality
• 2 years of professional work experience required
• Must be outgoing and customer service-oriented
• Team oriented, and ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexible work hours; some nights and weekends
• Potential future requirement for a Montana Property Manager License or a Montana Salesperson License
• Multitasking expert – this is a front desk facing position, so being able to work while guests and tenants walk up to you is key
