As a community case manager for Living Innovations you will be responsible for supporting Living Innovations mission, vision, and values within your assigned region. To accomplish this you must role model LI's values (as outlined on our website) and provide leadership, supervision, professional development and growth opportunities to all assigned staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of all services and programs for individuals supported in your region. Customer service will be crucial in your new role. You will be responsible for a positive and productive program with overall morale of staff and satisfaction for the individuals and families supported.
