Sales Representative -Custom Roll Form Products $ 85,000.- $120,000.00 Commission Generous 401K 12% Sales Rep may be located anywhere in USA

East coast manufacturer is seeking to fill the position of a Sales Representative responsible for selling Custom Roll Form products and addressing client inquiries and concerns in designated accounts or region(s).

This position will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

This role has a flexibility to be based out of any state.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; or Minimum Three (3) Years Field Sales Experience; or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
• Sales experience in manufacturing industry required
• Steel Sales Experience Preferred
• Custom Roll Form Knowledge A Plus

• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and closing deals.
• Exercise strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and budget.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel 75% within USA to meet with clients, attend industry events and work a flexible schedule with significant local / overnight travel.
• Possess standard reading, writing, math skills
• Knowledge of the steel products or manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques with emphasis on post-sale customer service
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and provide positive, trustworthy company image to public
• Possess proficient reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to facilitate sales objectives
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :

• Locates new customers through phone calls, personal visits, internet research, networking, and business publications to continually increase sales and expand customer base.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional, effective manner by maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
• Prepares quotes and contracts for potential customers and maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Ensures that customers’ orders are processed accurately and regularly monitors customer need to facilitate continuous product availability.
• Provides post-sale customer service as needed to maintain good customer relations and increase sales.
• Shares any information that may benefit others in company.
