Community Development Representative implements the economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Establishes and maintains relationships with groups and organizations in the community to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Turning the Corner Residential Treatment programs is seeking full-time Residential Counselor (Direct Care Staff) for our trauma-informed evidence-based treatment programs. Experience working with adolescents in DCYF custody, who have diverse backgrounds, complex mental health issues, and co-occurring behavioral problems is required. Ability to work as member of team. Residential Counselors spend the most time with program youth observing their behaviors, triggers, coping mechanisms, and adaptive skills and must be able to communicate these needs to the various members of the administrative team, especially the Program Clinician. A Residential Counselor’s job scope includes, but are not limited to the following:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions as well as indoors in a variety of temperatures and environmentsGood communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to pass a criminal background check Valid Driver's Record Must be at least 25 years old
