Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     What You'll Do: As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills

    • Organized with excellent time management skills
    • 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
    • Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT

    Requirements:

    • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications
    • Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus
