Position Summary :
HRC is hiring temporary field organizers across the US to work during the 2024 election season May through November. The Field Organizers (temporary) will report to HRC campaign leadership and will activate HRC members and supporters and Equality Voters in prioritized states and legislative districts to win elections for our endorsed candidates.
The Field Organizer is a temporary, full-time position, eligible for employer-paid medical insurance, ending November 8, 2024, with possible election related extensions.

Position Responsibilities :
This work may include making phone calls, leading in person phone & text banks, leading and participating in canvass shifts, creative volunteer recruitment, and public speaking at HRC or allied organization meetings.
Position Qualifications :
All positions at the Human Rights Campaign may require travel on a regular basis or periodically. Where the need arises for business travel, appropriate compensation as outlined by the Fair Labor Standards Act will apply.
