Revolutionary Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency servicing patients throughout Pennsylvania. Our growing branch office located in Fort Washington is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Community Relations Representative. The Community Relations Representative acts as a liaison between the agency and its referral sources including hospital discharge planners, physician offices, and other healthcare organizations. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve improved customer relations
· Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
· Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Revolutionary Home Health markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning
· Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections
· Assists the Marketing Director in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations
· Ability to travel in company car throughout the Greater Philadelphia area on a daily basis (Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties)
Qualifications and Skills
· Nice to have prior sales experience
· experience working in healthcare preferred but not a requirement. Willing to train individuals who want a career in the healthcare field.
· Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Must be fluent with basic computer navigation, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft CRM
· Ideal applicant must be self-motivated, organized, and feel comfortable navigating healthcare systems throughout the area
