Creates and plans outreach programs that engage, support, and partner with the community and produce a positive impact to address local issues. Being a Community Relations Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop clear objectives and deliver meaningful and measurable results. Supports community relations programs' entire life cycle, including coordinating events, managing volunteers, and executing grant proposals. Additionally, Community Relations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Community Relations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence Living) is hiring an experienced, goal-driven, and compassionate Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Manager) in our beautiful senior living community Nikkei Senior Gardens.
Our Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) will manage all community outreach to maintain and exceed established occupancy goals for the community through strategic and long-range planning, identifying appropriate professional, and non-paid referral sources, and establishing referral relationships to generate qualified leads, providing community tours, and ultimately grow revenue.
In this role, the Sales Director also ensures customer satisfaction by answering all the daily inquiries/questions of the tenants, families, and prospective residents, along with touring the community daily (scheduled or walk-in tours). You will partner with the regional sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000-80,000/yr. and a generous, accelerating commission structure, allowing for a realistic total income potential of $100,000/yr.!
