Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands on, Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. This is a hands on position that requires the ability to do light maintenance, inspections, schedule repairs, and manage paperwork.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including Repairs, maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct weekly property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field a plus
- Have tools and ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to use technology.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
