The successful candidate must be dependent, self-motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to see building cleaning needs with little direct supervision.
Must have knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and products in a commercial environment and demonstrated experience in custodial duties. Must be able to develop and follow a routine, but be flexible enough to accommodate special projects at Coquille and other banking centers.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two to four years of multi-site building/facilities maintenance experience required.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, professional image, and be self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with exceptional interpersonal communications skills. Must be able to develop and follow a routine, but be flexible enough to accommodate special projects as requested.
Essential Functions
- Under the Facilities Manager’s direction, coordinates all service requests and schedules preventative maintenance and repairs to branches as directed.
- Conducts routine branch inspections to create reports detailing repair and maintenance issues and makes recommendations to the Facility Manager regarding modifications and improvements to assigned buildings.
- Ensures timely responses to urgent requests from operations and resolution to issues that may cause interruption to branch operations and the safety of employees and members.
- Installs, moves, repairs, and removes equipment within the branches.
- Orders materials and supplies as directed by the Facility Manager; assists in monitoring and tracking of all expenditures for assigned branches.
- Familiar with local building codes and OSHA regulations,and demonstrates an understanding of and compliance with procedures relating to infection control and effective/safe cleaning methods and handling of chemicals.
- Maintenance of light bulbs and fluorescent tubes. This may involve working on a ladder.
- Represents the Credit Union with honesty, integrity and trust at all times.
- Adheres to established internal policies and procedures for compliance.
- Completes required compliance training in a timely manner and complies with all regulations within scope of the position.
- Adheres to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act and anti-money laundering regulations.

- Must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the regions conducting branch inspections with possible multiple night stay-over.
- Ability to multitask under pressure, adjust and respond to unscheduled events, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

- Ability to read and locate information on building plans and architectural documentation.
Working Conditions
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Potential exposure to the threat of violence at any time.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time may be required.
- Repetitive motions and extensive keyboarding may be required.
