Professional Relations Specialist

As the Professional Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources for all Samaritan lines of service in Burlington county, sales experience a plus!!. This full-time opportunity offers $65k-$84k annually based on experience!

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an account representative and cultivate relationships with referral sources to grow referrals for hospice, Palliative Medical Partners and HomeVisit Physicians
- Identify needs and increase admissions/length of stay from accounts in assigned territory
- Utilize consultative selling to identify customer needs and meet expectations
- Act as liaison between clinical managers and referral sources to improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop/execute territory management plan by maintaining updated profiles for each account and marketing to referral sources in assigned territory
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to uncover potential referral source growth and maintain existing relationships
- Establish new business in assigned territory through cold calling at physician offices and healthcare facilities
- Meet monthly admission goals as established by Director of Business Development through the development and execution of quarterly sales plan
- Develop/market/deliver professional in-services for referral sources
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to Our Team:
- 3 years sales experience, healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or related degree
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, judgment, problem solving, customer service skills required
- Strong MS Office skills; Excel required
- Bilingual is a plus!
