Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies. Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes.     Job Description

    The Manager of Estimating and Pricing will be required to support all proposal efforts and will report directly to the Band 3 Manager, Estimating and Pricing. In this position, they will coordinate all activities involved in estimating material and labor man-hours, direct budgeting, and evaluation of direct cost impacts associated with all applicable proposals associated with both internal and external requests for estimating support. Manages a segment of a program or a function. Responsible for the direct supervision / management of the staff. Responsible for providing objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines & general policies.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelors degree with minimum of 6 years relevant experience or Master's degree with 4 years relevant experience. Combination of education and leadership experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Internal Estimating and Pricing experience is preferred
