We are currently looking for a Security Compliance Associate to join our growing team. In this position, the Security Compliance Associate ensures cGMP compliance for security operations at IOPS.

In this role, a typical day may include the following:

• Performs tasks in all compliance areas of security supporting cGMP and security standards. This will include working with security and fire/security systems staff to complete routine records review and evaluation of all changes or new systems introduced to security operations.

• Completes regular reviews of access rights working with operations within Rensselaer location.

• Reviews, edits, and revises controlled documents (access records, logbooks, SOPs, etc.) in accordance with cGMP standards to ensure compliance with written procedures.

• Monitors security systems and camera footage to acquire vital data in support of investigations and track efficiency of changes.

• Documents all training.

• Assists with training of new employees.

• Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards.

• Acts as a liaison between security and onsite quality and regulatory groups.

You must be able to work 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) Monday-Friday schedule. Applicants should ideally have a BS/BA in criminal justice and relevant biotech or pharmaceutical experience. Relevant biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement. Experience with JCI P-2000 and Verint systems preferred.

• Security Compliance Associate I: 0 years or HSD/GED with 2 years of related experience.

• Security Compliance Associate II: 2 years or HSD/GED with 4 years of related experience

• Security Compliance Associate III: 4 years or HSD/GED with 6 years of related experience

• Security Compliance Associate IV: 6 years or HSD/GED with 8 years of related experience

Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
