This position entails verification of rentals to qualified households, ongoing compliance and operational training of property staff. In addition, this position is responsible for completing and overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting. This person will be responsible for responses to IRS and state agency on any and all matters related to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, including annual audits. As part of the responsibilities of this position training is a key component to the success of Arbour Valley Management. This position will develop, implement and oversee new employee orientation.
