    As a Paralegal, you will provide professional and technical assistance to legal staff by researching and analyzing law sources, and investigating facts. You will handle a diverse range of sophisticated assignments as well as prepare documents, certificates, and other legal filings. Innovation and attention to detail are keys to success!

    Responsibilities/Expectations:
    • Opens, maintains, and closes matters, including document management in electronic form
    • Performs investigative work, including information gathering, identifying and collecting documents and information; support of external and internal audit requests, and management of certain internal reports
    • Performs various administrative duties, which may include preparation and delivery of letters and legal documents, invoice review and payment, time and project reporting, budget preparation and review
    • Manages due diligence, including searches, filings, and good standing certifications
    • Reviews legal hold applicability, working with partners as appropriate
    • Other duties as assigned
    Education/Years of Experience:
    • Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum four (4) years' experience in corporate or law firm
    • Preferred: Some College/Associate's Degree from an ABA accredited Paralegal program and a minimum of six (6) years' experience in corporate or law firm, and/or Certified Paralegal designation from NALA
    Other Requirements:
    • Must possess strong organization and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills, with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
    • Preferred: Legal research skills
